Non collection of large item despite several bookings from 22.10.2025

I need to return 1 item DR-DK1QPP213WDUAH7A (Return ID: VY000-1-DR-DK1QPP213WDUAH7A)
as ordered 2 by mistake . Booked first collection for 31.10.2025 and was sent email to say YODEL WOULD CONTACT ME with THE PICK UP TIME.
The item was never collected . I have since made several calls to very cust services who have booked collection but YODEL have not turned up . My last booking I did online yesterday for collection today ( 11.11.2025 ) have had email confirming booking but no contact from YODEL TO SAY ITS BEING PICKED UP AND AT WHAT TIME. I am a disabled person with mobility issues and this item is blocking my access to get through door especially in an emergency.
It's is dangerous where it is placed waiting to be collected by YODEL and I am going to injure myself . I cannot take to drop off point as it is a large item and must be picked up.
Please help me before I have to resort to contacting consumer program to get this return item picked up . Thank you -

An order went missing after being left at the side of our home, in view of the street. After contacting you, another order was sent out which has been received.
The original order was going to be investigated, but after numerous phone calls and no result being given or the phone line cutting off, there are still two orders on my account when it should only be one.
Can someone please look into this and call me? I'm not paying for something we never received.

Purchased Tribeca nest of tables(order no.665253****02).The small table has one of prongs/lugs squinty so top doesn't sit squarely.Largest table top didn't fit properly either and when I tried to unscrew it the metal rawlplug embedded in the wood ripped away.How do I return them for a refund.There were no return instructions or labels included in package.So disappointed.

I called to advise that I hadn't received my parcel despite the tracking information indicating it had been delivered. I didn't receive the delivery picture but the customer service representative at Very could see it; she described two brown dogs and a white gate.
I responded that this was not my address, as I don't have two brown dogs or a white gate. She indicated that she would log this for investigation and that I would receive a text. Because I wasn't happy with the service, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told I would get a callback within 24 hours - which I did not.
I also never received a text. I took matters into my own hands and contacted Yodel. They sent me a picture of the delivery and I recognised it as my neighbour's place. In the meantime, without Very knowing this, I received a rude email informing me that it was my address and that the missing delivery case was closed!
I was waiting to receive a text or a callback so I could inform Very that I had received it and that I was correct in stating the delivery had not come to my address. How is it acceptable, with no investigation or proof, for Very to decide it was my address and that the case was closed?
What if I hadn't recognised the address in the picture or been able to obtain the picture myself from Yodel? This is wholly unacceptable and I would like to raise an official complaint with Very.

I'm not sure if I'm sending this message to the right people, but for some reason, I was given two tumble dryers when I only ordered one. Now, you are very lucky. As soon as I realised it was not a joke, and the second tumble dryer turned up, I rang you, and now have arranged for the second one to be collected. If I had not called, you would never have known I had been given the second one. I could have just said that the tumble dryer was too big to fit my room, and when I called, you had no idea that a second one had been given to me. So, I could have kept it, but I decided to be straight with you, so a little compensation would not go amiss, especially as I saved you from losing £250. If this has been sent to the wrong department, could you please forward it to the right department?
